When will I receive my order?

Most Doodle & Calm colouring walls are made to order. We start creating your colouring wall on the day we receive your order. We aim to deliver it as quickly as possible. Delivery is usually 5-7 days after your order is placed. We are only a small team so please bear with us.

 

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free for orders over £60. For orders under £60, delivery is £5.95. All items will be shipped using recorded first class delivery. All deliveries are trackable, you will receive a tracking number when your order ships.

We charge additional postage to the Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland, passing on the additional cost from the courier.

 

How do I track my delivery?

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification that includes your tracking number and link to the courier's website for you to track your delivery.

Which courier do you use for delivery?

We take our choice of courier very seriously. We shop online ourselves and know how important delivery is - it can make or break your experience.

We use Royal Mail for delivery. They provide a great service at a reasonable cost, helping us keep our prices as low as possible.

 

How is my order shipped?

We deliberately use the minimum amount of packaging possible to help reduce our impact on the environment.

Each Colouring Wall is shipped in a tough, cardboard tube to protect your product and make sure it arrives in perfect condition. Colouring pens and eraser are also included.

Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your Doodle & Calm purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked with twenty one (21) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new and unused condition, with original packaging.

Please note, products that have been personalised cannot be refunded unless there is a fault with the product.

Returns Process

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and include proof of purchase. Then send your return to the follow address:

Please note, you will be responsible for the shipping charges. We strongly recommend you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting its condition, we will process your refund. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item for us to process your return in full. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company or bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

- Personalised and custom printed colouring walls
- Used items (e.g pens and erasers)
